ABSTRACT Rumen acidosis is a fatal disease that reduces milk and pregnancy yield due to digestion of cattle when not detected. Diagnosis this can be achieved by monitoring the nutritional parameters cattle. Internet Things (IoT) technology used in these kinds processes such as tracking within scope Industry 4.0. Thanks IoT, data collection, analysis, processing stages are carried out instantly over internet. In research, an IoT-based system has been developed effective diagnosing acute rumen control recording parameters. pH temperature values were measured with IoT-supported microcontroller, recorded database on server using. The circuit software first tested laboratory environment then cannulated instantaneously at certain intervals (when animal was ruminating, after drinks water, eating dry food, while rest). When device removed from rumen, it observed PLA-type plastic material coating does wear. useful early detection fed feed for more than 2 hours before turns into epilepsy provided intervention regulation ration.
